Wiss is proud to provide our employees with Bright Horizons, a benefit designed to support employees in balancing their work and family responsibilities. Whether you’re caring for children, elders, pets, or planning for college, Bright Horizons offers a wide range of services to help you thrive—at work and at home.

How to Access Back-Up Care
To use Bright Horizons back-up care for child or elder care, first register at http://clients.brighthorizons.com/wiss. Once registered, you can schedule care by calling 877-242-2737 or booking online. A Care Manager will help coordinate services at a participating center or with a vetted in-home caregiver. Please allow 24-48 hours for scheduling when possible.
