2026 New Hires & Changes
We are dedicated to offering a comprehensive benefits package designed to support the health, financial security, and overall well-being of you and your family. Our programs are market competitive and thoughtfully curated to help you thrive today and plan confidently for tomorrow.
This enrollment period is your one opportunity to elect your benefits unless you experience a qualifying life event; such as birth, adoption, marriage, or divorce during the year. Otherwise, you must wait until the next annual open enrollment in the fall of 2026.
The more you understand the benefits that Wiss & Co makes available, the better equipped you will be to select the best and most cost-effective benefits for you and your family.
Below is a summary of the benefits offered to you, eligibility, and enrollment instructions. Additional information can be viewed by accessing the links on the banner at the top of this page
ENROLL NOW! All elections take place in ADP Workforce.
Enrollment Deadline
New hires must make their healthcare elections within 30 days of their date of hire in order to be eligible for benefits in 2026.
You must make your elections during this initial enrollment period. Any changes outside of your initial enrollment period or during our annual open enrollment, requires a qualifying life event.
Adding Dependents?
You must include their birth dates and Social Security numbers as required by federal law.
