Magellan Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a work-based program available to all employees and designed to assist employees on personal and work-related issues, by providing counseling and referral services at no cost. Under this program, you have 24/7/365 access to trained professionals to assist you virtually or in person.

Services available to you under the EAP include:

Lifestyle Coaching: Access to Lifestyle coaches regarding work stress, relationships, parenting, substance abuse and more.  Lifestyle coaching sessions are conducted via videoconference or telephone. Lifestyle coaching is a total of 6 sessions. Sessions are separate from counseling session limits.

Training & Learning Events: In-house training team with clinical expertise on various topics such as healthy living, family concerns, COVID-19 and more. A bank of 10 hours that can be used for trainings/health fairs/seminars.

Other services under the EAP include:

  • Identity Theft: one 60-minute ID theft consultation.
  • Legal Services: one 60-minute legal consultation
  • Financial Wellness: 3 free 30-minute financial coaching sessions

All these services are confidential and available to anyone in your household.
