Back-Up Care Emergency care for children or elders when regular arrangements fall through.
Personal Network Reimbursement Reimbursement for back-up care provided by someone in your personal network.
Elder Care Support and resources for caring for aging family members. (200K in-home caregivers – for children + adults).
Tutoring & Virtual Camps Online academic support (kindergarten thru secondary). Virtual enrichment activities camps for school-age (3-12) children.
School-Age Camps Seasonal programs to keep children engaged during school breaks both online & in person.
Pet Care Services to help manage pet care needs in partnership with Rover & Wag.
Bright Horizons Marketplace Access to care solutions and resources for family-related services.

How to Access Back-Up Care
To use Bright Horizons back-up care for child or elder care, first register at http://clients.brighthorizons.com/wiss.  Once registered, you can schedule care by calling 877-242-2737 or booking online.  A Care Manager will help coordinate services at a participating center or with a vetted in-home caregiver.  Please allow 24-48 hours for scheduling when possible.
