You have the option of choosing between two Aetna dental plans, a Dental DMO or the PPO.
DMO Plan Highlights
- The DMO plan covers In-Network benefits only.
- Lower out-of-pocket costs which are based on a fee schedule provided to all participants.
- There is no annual maximum.
- Child and Adult orthodontia included.
You must seek care from a primary care dentist, you have the option to change your primary care dentist on a monthly basis. Referrals from your PCD will be needed for specialty care.
PPO Plan Highlights
- Option to go in- or out-of-network.
- You do not need to choose a primary care dentist.
- No referrals are needed to visit a specialist.
- Child and Adult Orthodontia is included.
- Includes coverage for TMJ.
