Enrolling in the DMO?
Your DMO enrollment will not be complete until you pick a primary care dentist. Visit www.aetna.com  to search for a DMO dentist.

How to find an in-network provider:
Visit https://www.aetna.com/individuals-families/find-a-doctor.html and search for a dentist in the Aetna PPO and DMO networks.

Dental ID Cards
You don’t need a dental ID card to get dental care. No employee specific ID cards will be distributed. Employees will receive letters in the mail with your dental ID information listed. You can also go online or use the Aetna mobile app after your effective date to print an ID card.
How will my dentist know I’m a Aetna Dental member?
When you visit your dentist, simply tell the office your name, date of birth and your Social Security number. They will verify coverage directly with Aetna.
