When you travel 100 miles or more away from your home or to another country, you have access to Unum’s Travel Assistance phone number. You can use your travel assistance phone number 24/7 to access:

  • Hospital admission assistance
  • Emergency medical evacuation
  • Transportation for a friend or family member to the hospital
  • Care and transport of unattended minor children
  • Assistance with the return of a vehicle
  • Emergency message services
  • Emergency trauma counseling
  • Legal and interpreter referrals
  • Passport replacement assistance
  • And much more!
